Post by: airtac on May 19, 2007, 04:43:12 AM
Just saw a news flash---One of the Canadian Air Force Snowbirds was killed during practice demonstration in Montana....... SAD :'( They are a fantastic team and the loss is shared by all in the aviation community............

My condolences. First a Blue Angel and now soon after a Snowbird, not good times :'( I hope this won't make the media go on a crusade after show pilots now.

I assume the snowbirds are akin to our Thunderbirds/Blue Angles. Is that why all of our flags are at 1/2 mast lately? Im kinda out of touch with the news, havent had time to read/watch any in awhile..
