im not really sure, from what I can tell you treat your patients untill they're better and then something happens. The best I got was about half way with the hippo, after that I gave up. If you can go do the hippos dream thing, very Kubrick.

Through a series of repeated random actions somehow I got the croc healed... he lept off the bed, did some back flips out in the hallway, and left through the door to the outside world. ;D

Well, apparently you're not supposed to give the hippo the video game... once he has that he won't pay attention to anything else... I tried to give him teh crisis phone, and he unplugged the phone and patched the cord into the video game after he removed the battery! ::loony:: ::loony:: ::loony::

The hippo goes on an awesome trip when you give it the drugs. It got mad at me when I took the game away from it.

Aha! Cured the hippo! What a trip. Words fail me... you just have to try it yourself. For THIS I am going to lose sleep staying up too late... Geeez... ::loony::

Strangely enough, cured the hippo, and the sheep, and i KILLED the croc...... Not sure if i want to try my hand at the snake. Spent I think 2 hours on this...

The more drugs you give the Hippo the trippyer ::silly:: ::silly:: he gets...i think i need a rest my head hurts ::knockedout:: Once i gave him the Video Game things just went from weird to ::unbelieveable:: OMG THIS IS SERIOUSLY WEIRD ::unbelieveable::!!!!!

I was able to cure the hippo and the croc last night. One needs drugs, the other does not.

it's a quite old game, but it came to my mind and decided to share. btw, when I started playing it, maybe two years ago, the croc was neither a patient :) now, that's life of those old poor creatures. you wonder what should my stuffed animal say? 22 years I have him and I never gave him any name! :) for sure he should enter with a personal identity disorder................. >:D >:D
