I can’t clearly remember when I first heard about Halloween, but it certainly wasn’t popular around these parts when I grew up. Nowadays it’s getting more and more common to have kids ring at your door and extort candy from you under threats of violence. I wonder, is Halloween a marketing scheme for sweets, or a recruiting event by organized crime to spot future talent for protection money operations? Anyway, this year I’ll have to get myself a mask to scare those little buggers! Or maybe I should go with Hans’ costume suggestion instead?

The best way to hand out candy I’ve ever seen is this one house they had a rustic looking coffin laying beside the path and any time anyone walked past the coffin the guy inside gets up walks quietly up behind them and when they ring the doorbell they yell and scare the living crap out of anyone nearby
Chuck really never take away his sunglasses! (with spooky voice) “Chuuuck is that youuu?”
